This beautiful and spacious home benefits from three large reception rooms, providing a large open fire place and dining for up to 12 people. The dining room leads to a vaulted kitchen cave having the benefit of underfloor heating. Both rooms open onto terraces with pool.

Dining room
The spacious dining room includes seating for up to 12 people. Dinner services, silverware and glasses are in quantities suited to entertaining guests or eating ‘en famille’.

The ancient beamed ceiling is in Provencal style and an arched glass door leads to the terraces.

Throughout the ground floor the finish is in natural grey French stone in a random ‘Versailles’ pattern. An arched stone opening leads directly to the kitchen.

Kitchen
Enclosed within a dry stone lined cave, the kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, natural stone sink and drainer and Lacanche cooker.

Every conceivable accessory is available including coffee filter, microwave and food blender.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate utility room.

Drawing room
Two large sofas sit in front of a grand open fire place – logs available for winter nights in.

Music system, DVD's and satellite TV provided. The adjoining entrance room has phone, fax and internet connections if needed.

The drawing room leads on to a balcony with café table and chairs – from which to watch the world go by.

Views of the ancient street and Luberon hills.

Pool and terraces
Approached via the kitchen or dining room the pool and terraces provide a sun trap with shade as needed.

The plunge pool, set against the natural rock face, is a great place to relax in the day or evening.

The pool lounging area overlooks an expansive terrace with shady pergola for
‘al fresco’ eating.
